Production Time and Shipping

Production Time

Standard production time is 5 business days. That means it generally takes 5 business days + shipping time for you to receive your item(s).  Please note that if all personalization info isn't included at the time that you place your order, your production time will likely be delayed.  

If you select and pay for rush production at checkout, your order is guaranteed to ship within 3 business days. That means that it will take 3 business days + shipping time for you to receive your item(s).

Subscription boxes ship between the 10th and the 15th of each month. Rush production is not available for subscription boxes.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm EST; Miss Monogram is closed on weekends and US bank holidays. Orders received after 5 pm EST, on weekends or on bank holidays will be processed the following business day and will ship 5 business days after that.

Rush Production

During checkout, you will have the option to add rush production to your order for an additional $15 fee. With rush production, your order will be moved to the front of the production line; rush orders will be produced in the order that they are received ahead of orders with standard production. Rush production orders are guaranteed to ship within 3 business days. 

 

Change Requests

Should you need to make a change to your order after it has been placed, please email me immediately at Katie@MissMonogramKids.com. Changes can only be made up until the point that production on an item begins. Once production has begun, it is impossible to make further changes.  Please note that changes made to an order at any point along the way will likely delay your production time and may incur additional charges.

 

Shipping

You will be able to choose your preferred shipping service at checkout. Please note that neither UPS nor USPS currently guarantee delivery times, with the exception of USPS Express Mail. If you select a shipping service other than USPS Express Mail, actual delivery times may be be longer than the usual estimated times during periods of high volume. We are unable to offer refunds due to a package being delivered late as the time it takes UPS or USPS to deliver a package is completely beyond our control.

If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting USPS Express Mail. If you choose Express Mail and your package is not delivered on time, you will be eligible for a shipping refund. 

 

Cancellations and Returns

Should you wish to cancel an order, please email me at Katie@MissMonogramKids.com as soon as possible.  Cancellations are accepted only until production has begun. Once production begins, it is no longer possible to cancel or refund an order.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final on monogrammed items. Of course, if your order is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it.

Non-personalized items may be returned as long as they are unworn, unwashed and in new condition. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery via email to Katie@MissMonogramKids.com. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of return authorization to be eligible for a refund.

Shipping charges are not refundable. If items returned are deemed to be worn, used or otherwise not in new condition, Miss Monogram, LLC reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 50% of the purchase price or to return the item to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense.

 

Returned Packages

If your package isn't able to be delivered by the shipping carrier and is returned to us, we will attempt to reach out to you via email twice. If we don't get a response from you, we will keep your package for 60 days. Returned packages that are unclaimed after 60 days will be disposed of and no refunds will be issued.

The cost for reshipment of returned packages is the responsibility of the buyer. We will invoice you for the cost of reshipping the package and mail your item once payment is received.
