Production Time and Shipping

Production Time

Standard production time is 5 business days; large orders may require an additional production day. That means it generally takes 5 business days + shipping time for you to receive your item(s).  Please note that if all personalization info isn't included at the time that you place your order, your production time will likely be delayed.  

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm EST; Miss Monogram is closed on weekends and US bank holidays. Orders received after 5 pm EST, on weekends or on bank holidays will be processed the following business day and will ship 5 business days after that.

Rush Production

During checkout, you will have the option to add rush production to your order for an additional $15 fee. With rush production, your order will be moved to the front of the production line; rush orders will be produced in the order that they are received ahead of orders with standard production. Rush production orders are guaranteed to ship within 3 business days. 

 

Change Requests

Should you need to make a change to your order after it has been placed, please email me immediately at Katie@MissMonogramGifts.com. Changes can only be made up until the point that production on an item begins. Once production has begun, it is impossible to make further changes.  Please note that changes made to an order at any point along the way will likely delay your production time and may incur additional charges.

 

Shipping

You may choose your shipping method at checkout. PLEASE NOTE that, due to COVID-19, no shipping services currently guarantee their delivery times. Actual delivery times may be longer than the estimated times. We are unable to offer refunds due to a package being delivered late as the time it takes USPS and UPS to deliver a package is completely beyond our control.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via the least expensive shipping service, typically USPS First Class Mail.

If you are in the Atlanta area, you are welcome to pick up locally instead of having your order shipped.  Miss Monogram is located in Atlanta, Georgia near Lenox Mall.  Once your order is ready to pick up, I will email you with the exact address.

 

Holiday Shipping Delays

If your package is running late, please know that we are so very sorry. We always ship within our stated production time and deliver packages directly to the post office or UPS service center to be scanned. But once we've dropped them off, unfortunately their path is completely out of our hands. We don't have any additional tracking information beyond what can be found on the USPS website or the UPS website. I wish we had some back-end way to get more information for you, but we do not.

Both the USPS and UPS are processing an unprecedented number of packages this holiday season. Paired with the staffing issues that come along with a pandemic, delays are practically unavoidable. But we completely understand that this isn't what you want to hear when you're waiting for a late package. Again, we are so sorry for the delay.

While it may take longer than usual to receive your package, chances are still very good that it will arrive. Through the entire pandemic, we've only had ONE package actually be lost. Many have been delayed, but only one has been lost. So we ask that you please be patient and continue to track your order online. We feel confident that it will arrive, even if it's later than planned. (But late presents are fun to open too, right?!)

If your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of being shipped, please email Katie@MissMonogramGifts.com to discuss a replacement.

 

Cancellations and Returns

Should you wish to cancel an order, please email me at Katie@MissMonogramGifts.com as soon as possible.  Cancellations are accepted only until production has begun. Once production begins, it is no longer possible to cancel or refund an order. Returns will not be accepted. Please understand that this policy is in place because personalized items cannot be resold. Of course, if your item is defective, I will gladly replace it.
